Memorial by Hari Sauri dasa

Mahendra dasa joined in Feb. 1972 in Sydney. Due to temperament he was in and out of the movement for many years, but managed to do some steady service, mainly washing dishes in various temples. He traveled with the Australian bus SKP under Ramai Swami for a number of years and finally got initiated circa 1985 by Bhavananda dasa.
