To get started with ISKCON.NET, the very first step is to sign up. If you want to access the full range of products then you must sign up as an internal user.
Please read our Email Naming Policy to understand how your email address and display name are determined and how we work with email aliases.
GET STARTED WITH G SUITE
The best way to learn about G Suite is to visit the G Suite Learning Center.
If you don’t have much time, try their Quick Start Guide.
WORKING ON AN INTERNET BROWSER
The best desktop experience of G Suite products is achieved by working on an internet browser with a fast internet connection. You can also view the same product sites on an internet browser on your mobile device. See section 2.3 on this link for the links to various G Suite products.
Want to work with multiple Google accounts in your browser? That’s easy. Click here to learn more.
WORKING ON A COMPUTER
It’s straightforward to work with G Suite online or offline using desktop software on a computer:
- POP or IMAP using any suitable desktop mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Opera Mail, Mail for Mac, Windows Live Mail etc.
- G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook
- We will soon make Microsoft Outlook available to ISKCON leaders, employees and volunteers for a one-time administrative fee of $6 under the TechSoup donation programme.
It’s currently not possible to view the Contacts Directory or Groups Directory offline on your desktop if you are not using Microsoft Outlook and G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook.
WORKING WITH MOBILE DEVICES
Click here to get started with G Suite on mobile.
On iOS devices, you can connect natively via the Exchange or Google options (which use Google Sync) and then use the Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Reminders apps. You can also connect via the Gmail app.
On Android devices, you can connect natively via Android settings and then use the Gmail app.
Other G Suite products also have iOS and Android apps.
On both iOS and Android devices, you can connect via any other email app that uses POP or IMAP. Such apps include Outlook, Yahoo Mail and Zoho Mail.

Check emails from other accounts
However, to get the most benefit from ISKCON.NET, we advise that you use your ISKCON.NET account as your primary email account for your devotional life, and use this account to check mail from other accounts. Using your ISKCON.NET account gives you access to the full range of ISKCON.NET products and features.
GET STARTED WITH WORKPLACE BY FACEBOOK
To use Workplace, you must already be a registered internal user of ISKCON.NET and have opted in to Workplace by Facebook in our sign up form. Then you can sign into Workplace with your G Suite Google Account (your @iskcon.net email address) at https://iskcon.facebook.com.
If you did not opt in to Workplace at the time of signing up to ISKCON.NET, you can still opt in later by contacting ISKCON.NET Support.
GET STARTED WITH ASANA
To use Asana for ISKCON.NET, you must already be a registered internal user of ISKCON.NET. Then add your @iskcon.net email address to your existing Asana account or sign up for Asana with your @iskcon.net account. Asana is best operated as a single account, regardless of how many email addresses, teams and organisations you want to add to your account. Therefore, there is no need to create a new Asana account for ISKCON.NET if you already have an Asana account with some other email address.
Once you’re logged in, ensure that you have selected the ‘iskcon.org’ organisation (check in the top right corner of your screen) and you will see all teams within our organisation. You can request to join any team. All teams are visible to everyone, but you can’t see what’s inside a team until the team admin approves you. You can also create your own team.
Once you’re in a team, you can add projects and tasks and invite other ISKCON.NET members as well as guests to collaborate with you on your projects.
